CP4 is an SBA certified 8a Joint Venture composed of Clason Point Partners Inc., “CPP”, an Information Services and Technology Management company, focused on the delivery of standards based, best of breed IT solutions and services for our Federal Government customers.  and Phacil,  a former U.S. Small Business Administration (“SBA”) certified 8(a) corporation established in 2001,  specializing in the provision of Information Technology(“IT”) services to Civilian and Defense agencies .
